We understand the importance of being good neighbors, we maintain a professional connection with property owner associations and your neighbors, we keep guests informed about the Good Neighbor Guidelines in the City of Bend and Deschutes County. We patrol our vacation homes in order to enforce the policies.

Can I still use my vacation home for personal use when needed?
Yes! We do not have owner nights restrictions, you are welcome to make as many reservations as you want.
What are your fees?
COVH is on a commission based fee structure, meaning we only make money when you do. We curate our management fee based on your needs and vacation home. We also give you an option for landscaping, snow removal and hot tub maintenance to be provided in- house instead of contracting them out. We prefer to do it all, so we always know what is happening at your home.
What type of rental occupancy should I expect?
So, you’ve found your vacation home- congratulations. Now it’s time to create the look that will keep it occupied. We suggest taking us up on our free consultation. Each home is different; a homes location, furnishings, aesstics, amenities will affect the rental demand. Homes that have been in the program tend to see a high occupancy rate due to return guests and/or referrals. Homes with great guest reviews also have a high occupancy rate as guests trust reviews. We suggest owners take reviews under advisement.

Each home is different, but many guests narrow their search by specific criteria. King beds, family friendly accessories such as a high chair, hot tubs, bikes, non motorized boats such as canoes, kayaks or paddlebaords with life jackets. Google Home or Alexa for music.
