Housekeeping & Inspections

Our professional, punctual, trained housekeepers adhere to the highest level of sanitation and cleaning protocols. We follow hospitality industry standards with hospital-grade cleaning products. Maintenance and safety inspections are completed prior to each check-in, and again upon check-out. Know your property is guest-ready top-to-bottom with pre-arrival checks and departure inspections.

We offer in-house maintenance with timely responses during and after business hours, seven days a week. We use licensed, qualified, and reliable vendors, whom we trust. We care for your property like it’s our own home.

NEIGHBOR MANAGEMENT

Let’s be 100% transparent: not all neighbors are happy to have a vacation rental next door. We understand the importance of being good neighbors and maintain professional connections with your neighbors and your property owner associations. This effort extends to your vacation rental guests, who we keep informed about Good Neighbor Guidelines, in the City of Bend and Deschutes County.
