Description
Ashwood 9 is an easy 2.5 mile bike ride to SHARC or 10 minute drive to the Village. Also about a 10 minute ride to Fort Rock Park where sports fields, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a playground are located.
This home is a 2 BR, 2 BA home off Ashwood Drive with easy access to SHARC Aquatic Facility. The home comes with 6 unlimited sharc passes, 4 adult bikes, a private hot tub and A/C for the ultimate comfortable vacation! Bring your pup so the whole family can join in on the fun!
The loft has 2 queen beds with a TV and DVD system and a full bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom with a TV and DVD player and a full bathroom. The living room has lots of seating and a TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal.
The deck is fully fenced in and has a gas BBQ and hot tub.
Sunriver is located at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Central Oregon, where we enjoy 300 days of sunshine and a climate that is perfect for year round activities. Mt. Bachelor is a quick 30-45 minute drive away, the Deschutes River is in our back yard and the inspiring Cascade Lakes are a short drive away. Enjoy golfing, biking, kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, skiing, rock climbing and more. Its easy to get around on over 33 + miles of paved pathways.

Such a nice house clean & extremely well kept, comfortable beds & living room, well stocked, dog friendly, also included most amenities we had hoped for plus a great location & SHARC passes we really enjoyed our stay & hope to be back soon!

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for).
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee. If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation.
Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.
MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
