This beautifully designed Brasada Ranch Guest House is the perfect spot for a small family or couple to enjoy all the amenities of Brasada Ranch and Central Oregon. With high ceilings, modern furnishings, the home feels clean, open and ready for your relaxation.

The Casita is a ten-minute walk from the main ranch house, and gives you access to all the amenities on the ranch, including indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, firepits, tennis and basketball courts, a gym/fitness center, hiking and golf. Wth two full service restaurants and a local market you'll never have to leave the Ranch. A quick drive twenty minute drive to the many restaurant options of Bend, skiing on Mt. Bachelor, multiple golf courses, and fly-fishing, kayaking, and other water sports, can give you even more of a reason to extend your vacation. 

The Casita  includes a spacious great room with a living room complete with a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam and a large flat-screen TV, a large dining table that dan double as work space looking out a sliding glass door to the patio, fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a gas range. A queen bedroom and spa-like bath match the home’s clean,with plenty of storage options for a longer stay make this the perfect getaway!

Brasada Ranch amenities include: championship 18 hole Brasada Canyons Golf course; Athletic Center with amazing pools (indoor and outdoor), waterslide, hot tubs, fitness center, yoga studio, basketball courts; Spa Brasada; Equestrian Center; Ranch House for casual meals or Range Restaurant for fine dining; General Store for gourmet provisions and basic amenities; outdoor tennis courts, sand volleyball, and playground. You can do it all here, with 300+ days of sunshine per year.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). 

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee.  If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation. 

Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.

MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
