This lovely Eagle Crest home located close to the Cline Falls State Park and walking distance to the Lakeside Sports Center features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living space perfect for any group.

Guests at Eagle Crest Resort will enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a spa, a fitness center, and other resort amenities. A variety of dining and shopping opportunities are just a short drive away in the cities of Bend, Sisters, and Redmond. Enjoy hiking and biking around the resort area or right from the home and the paved pathway leading you around the resort.

Approximately 1350 sqft of cozy spaces will surround you in this home. All the beds are incredibly comfortable making for an easy night’s sleep. The kitchen and dining are attached for communal meals, and the home is beautifully decorated. Get a good night’s rest in our comfortable beds and enjoy your family’s company with lots of indoor seating, and a charming outdoor patio where you can enjoy a morning beverage and watch for the local deer. With a gas fireplace and board games and plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the living space there's no need to leave. The master bedroom features a soaking tub and shower with a double vanity, so you feel just at home.

It really is in the premier location for a vacationer to experience the beautiful cities of Bend, Redmond and Sisters. It is within easy driving distance to shopping in the Old Mill District, dozens of breweries, mountain bike and running trails, Hoodoo Ski Area (40 min), and comes with free on-site parking. The many famous reasons for visiting Central Oregon are easily drivable from this home: Wild Ride Brewing, Smith Rock State Park, fantastic restaurants, Bond & Wall Streets, the parks, hiking, outdoor concerts, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, kayaking and so much more.

In the winter hit the slopes with your skis or snowboard in 40-minutes at the Hoodoo ski area. Take the kids to a snow hill for some sledding or grab your snowshoes and hit one of the many trails in Central Oregon. In the summer enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, or Bend’s favorite pastime- floating the river.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). 

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee.  If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation. 

Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.

MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
