 This 3-bedroom, 3-bath vacation rental comes fully equipped with all the amenities for a serene stay, including many upgrades, stylish decor, and a spacious outdoor living area. Float down the Little Deschutes river directly from the back yard, adventure in the National Forest, explore the Sunriver Village, or hit the slopes at Bachelor Ski & Sports in the winter. At day’s end, return home to grill out on the deck and and roast marshmallows with the family. 

Inside, this getaway offers plenty of room to spread out, new furnishings, and all of the modern comforts you could need during your stay. The 2-story layout will allow the good privacy for all guests with  features including a gas fireplace, updated bathrooms, lower level laundry, new appliances, and ample natural light. When it comes to entertaining  your guests, the living area is outfitted with a large smart TV, large sectional  in front of the fireplace. Preparing Holiday meals or a quick breakfast are easy in the fully stoked kitchen using the modern appliances. Plenty of seating to entertain, with a breakfast bar, dining area and breakfast nook, allowing for multiple dining spaces and peaceful coffee views. Lower level has radiant heating and cooling throughout the entire level. The lower level is finished off with a junior suite that is fitted with a wheelchair accessible bathroom. 

The upper level shows off with views from every window, a master bedroom with a spa like bathroom to add to your relaxing vacation or recovery from time on the slopes as well as a nice desk for work space as needed. A reading loft with a daybed and games and views of the river leads to the third bathroom and bunkroom with attached playroom with a Smart TV, Xbox and Junior three in one game table. This home is truly special and perfect the multi-generational vacation!

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate a superb location near the Little Deschutes River and within easy driving distance to the Cascade Lakes National Scenic Byway with access to multiple lakes and Mt. Bachelor for recreation options year-round.  Shopping and dining options at The Village at Sunriver are approximately 6.5 miles away.



 

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). 

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee.  If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation. 

Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.

MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
