Description
Approximately 1900 sqft of cozy spaces will surround you in this home. All of the beds are incredibly comfortable making for an easy nights sleep. When work space is needed there is a special desk area located upstairs, the kitchen and dining are attached for large communal meals, and the home is beautifully decorated. Get a good night’s rest in our comfortable beds, and enjoy your family’s company with lots of indoor and outdoor seating. A large bonus room upstairs is the perfect space to let the kids play or watch a movie. A fenced back yard and covered patio with BBQ and large table for outdoor meals makes this the perfect home. Don't forget to bring your pooch, as Quiet Canyon is pet friendly!
Located within just a few minutes drive to Franklin Avenue and downtown Bend, Boneyard Brewery, Drake Park, galleries, restaurants, breweries and all downtown shopping. Walkable to 10 Barrel Eastside for great food and fantastic beer! It really is in the premier location for a vacationer to experience the beautiful city of Bend. It is also within easy driving distance to shopping in the Old Mill District, dozens of breweries, mountain bike and running trails, Mount Bachelor (40 min), and comes with free on-site parking. The many famous reasons for visiting Bend are all within a short distance from this home: 10 Barrel Brewing, Deschutes Brewery, fantastic restaurants, Bond & Wall Streets, the parks, hiking, outdoor concerts, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, kayaking and so much more.
Hit the slopes with your skis or snowboard in 30-minutes at the Mount Bachelor ski resort. Take the kids to Hollinshead Park just up the road for some sledding or grab your snowshoes and hit Shevlin Park! In the summer enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, or Bend’s favorite pastime- floating the river.

Quiet Canyon Getaway is in a cute family friendly neighborhood in East Bend, we love the East Side because it brings us closer to places like Tumalo State Park, Sisters and the Crooked River out towards Prineville. Just down the road are many different restaurants; Hola, Worthy Brewing, Jackson's Corner East, Bridge 99 Brewing, On Tap Food Carts and 10 Barrel East to round it all out. Just out your front door is a newer park with plenty of fun for the family!

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for).
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee. If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation.
Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.
MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
