Location, Location, Location!!! Beautifully remodeled home on naturally landscaped lot located on the Deschutes River. Bring your kayaks/canoes and enjoy some river time with your pups! River Run Getaway is located almost directly across the street from the boat ramp as well, for boat drop in.  Ride your bikes into Sunriver Village in about 20 minutes. This lovely home is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a great kitchen and dining space for all, you will find yourselves with only a 25-30 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor for all the snow activities.  This home has 4 kayaks for guest use. 

River Run Getaway is set amidst the trees, just South of Sunriver Village, in a quiet neighborhood.  The home feels like you are in your own private park with the river as your back drop. River Run Getaway also boasts a fenced front yard for your furry loved ones and little ones to play in.  The back deck and yard are the perfect area to sit and enjoy each other and have your own little picnic or BBQ. 

River Run Getaway is also a fantastic winter getaway with its proximity to Mt.Bachelor (25 min) and The Village at Sunriver with so many great restaurants and don't forget about Sage Springs Spa!

Inside the home there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a great open layout for everyone to enjoy the home together. The kitchen and the dining space are located right next to the back deck for great access! The deck is a wonderful spot to catch the local wildlife or enjoy soaking up the sunshine. There is plenty of space for everyone in this home and so much fun to be had! A beautiful bay window made into a reading nook is right off the kitchen. Relax and enjoy each others company after a long day on the slopes, at the lake, on the river or walking around the village. We have created many seating areas so the home is comfortable and cozy!

The bedrooms are all of great size with the master of course being the larger of them all, as well having direct access to the back deck area. The other two bedrooms are located in the same hallway and share a separate bathroom.

Guests also have access to the two car garage, whether to park a vehicle in to keep them out of the weather or to keep all of your outdoor gear in, it's there for you to use. Solar Park is just down the street with a Basketball court and swimming in the Deschutes. There is a small dock on our property, you are welcome to use it- please do your own due diligence before bringing your boat through the canal to the dock. We suggest kayaks, canoes or paddleboards to be tied to the dock.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). 

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee.  If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation. 

Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.

MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
