Relax on the private balcony overlooking the Deschutes River. The condo is just a few minutes walk or drive from many hiking and biking paths. Enjoy the riverfront walking trail that leads to many of Bend's amazing eateries and local small shops. The condo is on the top floor, there is not an elevator- so travel light.
In the summer enjoy hiking at Smith Rock, biking through town along the Deschutes, kayaking on one of the many Cascade Lakes, or Bend’s favorite pastime- floating the river.
This condo is a 1 bedroom (King Master) with 2 full bathrooms, it also has a convenient queen sized murphy bed in the living space for additional guests- up to 4 people total.
The condo has a full kitchen, including a dishwasher and is fully stocked with everything you may need during your adventure to Bend, including spices.

There is an indoor heated pool and hot tub on the property, in a great central location right across from the stairs of the condo.

We had an amazing stay even though we came home a day early due to the smoke.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for).
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee. If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation. Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.
MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
