We know you will love this gorgeous two-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage in Sunriver. Located just minutes outside of the quaint Sunriver Village and right down the street from the Deschutes River with 30-minute access to the Mount Bachelor Ski Resort.

Enjoy a good night’s sleep in our comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms. Take your coffee on the deck and watch the deer wander by. We know you’ll leave relaxed and rested after a visit to Scaup Cottage.

Extra guests, no problem. The living space has two convertible couches that turn into beds, allowing up to 6 occupants. As a reminder there are 2 bedrooms with private sleeping access and the other 2 people would be sleeping in the main living space if the reservation was for 6 people.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). 

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee.  If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation. 

Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.

MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
