CENTRAL OREGON SUMMER guide
It doesn't get better than summer in Central Oregon. From long, hot days on the river and lakes, to cozy nights around the fire—summer is a magical time to experience all that Bend and Central Oregon have to offer.

Local Farmers' Markets
Every Wednesday from May to October, you’ll find everything you need from fruits and vegetables, to meat, poultry, dairy, sweet treats and flowers at the Bend Farmer's Market in downtown Bend. On Thursdays, head to Redmond for the Redmond Farmers Market and on Saturdays, visit the Northwest Farmer's Market in Bend, or General Duffy's Saturday Market in Redmond. Plus, don't miss the Sisters Farmers Market on Sundays in Sisters.

float the deschutes
Several of our vacation homes are perfect for summer floating as they're located along the Deschutes and equipped with kayaks, paddleboards, and more. You can also rent paddle boards, kayaks, and tubes from Tumalo Creek and float the Deschutes in the Old Mill District—a summer rite of passage in Central Oregon.

experience live music
This year's music scene is not to be missed. See artists like Chris Stapleton, Bon Iver, Weezer, Dierks Bentley, The Lumineers, and more at the newly updated Hayden Home's Amphitheater along the Deschutes River. For a smaller, more intimate venue, checkout the lineup at General Duffy's in Redmond.
