The kitchen and breakfast nook offer gorgeous river views and a patio perfect for enjoying your morning coffee from the plumbed coffee machine or espresso machine while taking in the sounds of the morning. In case you need to get in a little work, hideaway in the art room with a built-in desk and space to work. The 5th bedroom is downstairs and is a lovely queen room location next to the master, with a custom built in murphy bed and direct access to the back deck. A half bath is directly across from this bedroom.

A geothermal system keeps this home pleasantly cool throughout the summer months and warm in the winter. Secondly there are multiple wood burning fireplaces and built-in gas fireplaces for the feeling of coziness throughout the year.

The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for).
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 35% cancellation fee. If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation.
Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
