This Historic Bend cutie is in a PRIME location for anyone wanting to live like a local! Located walking distance to Bond and Wall St., Drake Park, galleries, restaurants, breweries and all the mom-and-pop downtown shops! This is the ideal location for you to experience the beautiful city of Bend. It is also within easy driving distance to shopping in the Old Mill District, mountain biking and running trails, Mount Bachelor (30 min), and so much more! In the winter hit Mt. Bachelor to ski or snowboard, or Drake park is a wonderful location to sled at! Snowshoeing trails are close by the home toward Sisters or Bachelor as well!

**This space is not suited for anyone with mobility issues, fear of heights, or climbing ladders. It would be difficult for a very large or tall person to stay as there is limited space in the loft! **

Florida Street Cottage is a 500 sq ft studio is designed with space usage and function at the forefront. It is located BEHIND a house IN AN ALLEY. Most guests enjoy the quiet and private access the alley provides. This cottage used to be a garage and is a part of the historic home nearby. It’s been updated to code as an additional dwelling unit (ADU) and has a lofted sleeping area and lofted hammock. Every inch of this space is thoughtfully used so our guests will be comfortable.

In this home you will find a full kitchen with all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. A bathroom with a stand-up shower and full laundry in the ADU. Additionally, you are greeted by a lovely porch that is supplied with a small propane BBQ for your grilling desires. The sleeping arrangements are fun and unique! There is a Queen size bed in the loft area that you access by a sturdy ladder, or if you do not like heights the couch folds out to a very comfortable sleeping option. There is also a netted hammock that can be used to cozy up in and read a book or enjoy a cat nap.
