Sunriver is located at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Central Oregon, where we enjoy 300 days of sunshine and a climate that is perfect for year round activities. Mt. Bachelor is a quick 30-45 minute drive away, the Deschutes River is in our back yard and the inspiring Cascade Lakes are a short drive away. Enjoy golfing, biking, kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, skiing, rock climbing and more. It's easy to get around on over 33 + miles of paved pathways.
Topflite 7 is an easy 2.5 mile bike ride to SHARC or 10 minute drive to the Village. Also about a 5 minute ride to Fort Rock Park where sports fields, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and a playground are located.
This home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath private home off Topflite Ln with easy access to SHARC Aquatic Facility. The home comes with 6 unlimited SHARC passes. When you walk into the home there is a split level entry way that leads to the downstairs rooms, and the upstairs living section. Enjoy a ping pong table in the garage or stay cool in the A/C in the home while reading a book- this home has all the comforts of home!
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a King size bed with a gorgeous attached bathroom that features a large soaking tub with skylights, a newly remodeled walk in, spa like shower, and an extra large vanity. The living room features a gas fireplace, 2 sofas to relax on, and the dining room and kitchen are open to the whole room so everyone can chit chat and have fun! Downstairs are the additional two bedrooms and laundry. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with a private deck that looks out onto the golf course behind the home, and the second room has two twin beds. Relax in the hot tub while dinner is grilling under Sunriver's year round sunshine and stars. Grab the provided three adult bikes, and 3 kids bikes and get on the paved bike paths to Fort Rock Park or the Village Mall. Enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen, and ample seating in the dining room.

Very friendly staff. Easy booking experience. They responded to all of our inquiries promptly and with a kind demeanor.

House was welcoming and open. The house is well stocked and very clean. The bed room placement provides plenty of privacy and the house is located in a quiet area. The view of the golf course is a plus. It is pet friendly, including a gate at the bottom of the steps for the dogs to remain safe on the back deck.
Notes
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for).
If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee. If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation.
Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.
MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
