Take a stroll through Drake Park and into Downtown to enjoy all the local shops and restaurants, art galleries, wine shops and of course breweries!

Ogden Cottage features a full kitchen with a BBQ provided for those nights you may just want to Netflix and chill. With two bedrooms and 1 bathroom, there is plenty of room to relax and have your own space. Feel right at home with comfortbale furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen and a gas stove. Stay cool in the summer with central air conditioning and cozy in the winters with central heat. 

The cottage is perfect for a small family. working traveler, girls weekend, solo traveler and so much more. Enjoy a small patio in from of the cottage with nice shade to stay cool in the summers while enjoying that morning coffee or afternoon drink. 

In the summer enjoy hiking at Smith Rock, biking through town along the Deschutes, kayaking on one of the many Cascade Lakes, or Bend’s favorite pastime- floating the Deschutes River.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy associated with your rental agreement will clearly communicate penalties associated with canceling your contract. Note that cancellations due to weather conditions are not permitted. Travel insurance can protect your vacation investment if unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your trip.

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a $75.00 processing fee. Guest may change the dates for their reservation not less than 60 days prior to the Arrival Date for a $50.00 processing fee (date changes are subject to market pricing and demand at the time of the change and therefore you are not guaranteed the same pricing you originally booked for). 

 If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation not less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, COVH LLC will provide Guest a full refund of any rent paid, less a 15% cancellation fee.  If Guest cancels his, her, or their reservation less than 30 days prior to the Arrival Date, Guest will not receive a refund. There will be no refunds for early departures. If COVH LLC is able to rebook the home guests will receive a refund, less the cancellation fee. We do highly recommend purchasing travel insurance with your reservation. 

Esignature rental agreement is needed prior to arrival for entrance into home.

MAIL
We are not responsible for mail or packages that are shipped to the property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our homes and cannot retrieve mail for our guests. If you choose to ship an item or mail to the property, please note that it may not arrive. We are not liable for items shipped to the property that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am), per local city ordinance, are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community.
